Description
Mass surveillance technology and artificial intelligence (AI) are creating Fourth Amendment violations and privacy concerns by people being tracked in the United States. This group will examine the law and the technology behind devices such as Flock and Axon automatic license plate readers (ALPR) and the massive databases being built by both local police and federal agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
