Border Patrol Arrives In New Orleans

Hundreds of CBP and ICE agents are arriving and staging to get ready for a campaign of terror that will start on December 1st. So far, the federal government hasn't reached out to any local police departments, the city, or the mayor to let them know of their presence or ask for their cooperation.
