FBI Employee Sues After Being Fired For Displaying Pride Flag

Today David Maltinsky filed a lawsuit claiming infringement of his First Amendment rights to free speech and his Fifth Amendment rights to equal protection after the FBI fired him for displaying a Progress Pride flag.
