National Guard Deployment to Oregon Violates 10th Amendment and Federal Law

Here's the partial Final Judgment by Federal Judge Karin Immergut which says Trump violated the Tenth Amendment and "Defendants’ actions exceeded the scope of the President’s authority pursuant to Title 10, United States Code, Section 12406." That means that the deployment of National Guard troops to Oregon were illegal. Let's see what the appeals court and SCOTUS does with this, but for now there's no deployment of troops allowed in Oregon. Here's a link to the four page judgment.
