Chicago Use of Force Injunction Issued

Federal Judge Sara Ellis issued a sweeping injunction from the bench today and will issue a formal written one soon. She said the CBP chief Gregory Bovino repeatedly lied, and she found the government's evidence to "be simply not credible." She also ordered the public release of evidence such as the deposition of Bovino and other videos that were shown to the court. There are public links to those videos in various court docket entries.
