Horrible Conditions in ICE Facilities

Federal Judge Robert Gettleman just heard testimony from detainees about the horrific conditions in the Broadview detention facility. ICE makes the immigrants so miserable that they unknowingly sign papers they don't understand without an attorney, and self-deport themselves without a trial. Broadview has 150 people in one concrete room with no beds, overflowing toilets, no proper food, no water, and no medical care. Several have already died during detention.
