DHS and ICE Lied to the Courts (and the Public)

In the Chicago case, a motion has just been filed to unseal the court transcript from October 20th where DHS/ICE lied to the court, and the Plaintiffs want the public to know about it. They say, "One study found that courts have expressed distrust of government information and representations in over forty cases since January 20, 2025." That was very rare until Trump came along! The videos and evidence don't match up with the claims that DHS has repeatedly made in court. I think Judge Ellis will unseal it, and hopefully it will be fully unredacted.
