SCOTUS Requests Briefing on National Guard, and Protestors Indicted

Chris Geidner has an excellent "Law Dork" blog on what just happened in the Supreme Court, the effort of DHS to protect Gregory Bovino, and about the indictment of six protesters at the Broadview ICE facility, including congressional candidate Kat Abughazaleh. The SCOTUS order should mean the National Guard is blocked from being deployed for at least another month while they decide the issue.
