Running a business is already a full-time hustle. Add in living across state lines—whether for family reasons, lifestyle changes, or strategic opportunities—and you’re suddenly spinning two plates while walking a tightrope.
The blueberry wine is mighty fine. Has a perfumy buqet. Strong but still sweet. Just need it to settle out, put some finings in it, filter it, and let it age at least a month, and it will be read to bottle.
My gallon (and a half) of blueberry wine is in the secondary fermentation jugs and so far it tastes pretty good,(for a young wine).
