	<description><![CDATA[<p>Under <em><strong>Section 1033</strong></em>, over <strong>8,000 police agencies</strong> received a total of <strong>$7.4 billion</strong> in <strong>surplus military equipment</strong>. They aren't properly trained to use it and it doesn't need to be in their hands, so we need to take back every bit of it! ⚖️</p>
