	<description><![CDATA[<p>One of the best resources I've found to help discover gerrymandering during redistricting (every 10 years after the census) is <em><strong>Dave's Redistricting</strong></em>. It allows you to overlay data with the current maps, as well as create and share your own proposed maps.</p>
