	<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">The <strong>House Judiciary Committee</strong> has just released the 255-page sworn deposition by former <strong>Special Counsel Jack Smith</strong> regarding his investigation into <strong>Trump</strong>'s election interference and the stolen <strong>classified documents</strong> he stashed at <strong>Mar-a-Lago</strong>.</span><br><br><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;"><strong>Smith</strong> says he had enough evidence to convict <strong>Trump</strong>, but the charges were dropped when he got re-elected. He said, </span><i><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">"Yes, I believe we had proof beyond a reasonable doubt in both cases."</span></i><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;"> and that </span><i><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">“President Trump was, by a large measure, the most culpable and most responsible person in this conspiracy. These crimes were committed for his benefit.
