	<description><![CDATA[<p>Current events are stressful and exhausting, especially if you are an activist. This is a recording of the excellent 1-½ hour session by <strong>Nkem Ndefo</strong> on <i><strong>Resilience for Sustainable Activism</strong></i>. It teaches you how to listen to your body, and recognize the signs of stress and exhaustion which are only human responses, and not a sign of failure. <span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">The lesson is part of <strong>Indivisible's </strong></span><i><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;"><strong>Solidarity in Action Speaker Series</strong></span></i><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;"> and it really helped me a lot.
