There aren't many guidelines on enforcement, so any woman that looks "butch" is likely to get harassed. The transgender population will be forced to use the wrong bathroom, which will increase the violence against them. Public and private spaces have different rules, which will add to the inconsistencies and confusion about the law.

I'm so sorry that Texas passed this discriminatory law, and I'm afraid my trans friends are going to lose even more rights when the Supreme Court issues their opinions in June.
