They get assigned their own vehicle and the starting price is $300 per case to verify an address. They are supposed to just observe and not interact with anyone. They apparently are not required to have a private investigators license which is required in some states. This pilot program is part of a broader effort to use bounty hunters and "skip-tracers" to find immigrants and they will get paid based on their performance.
