In multiple instance, federal agents have claimed someone "rammed their car" when the evidence shows it was either the agents who caused the accident, or it never happened. In this case, they shot Martinez multiple times and then the agent bragged in text messages that he shot her 5 times and she had 7 holes. They labeled them as "domestic terrorists" and charged them with assault with a deadly weapon for a ramming attack that was the agent's fault.

Once DOJ realized they were going to caught by yet another lie in court with their text messages and body cameras being viewed, they suddenly dropped all of the charges.
