Rodriguez pulls a gun from his waistband and forces the teen out of the car. He shows his ICE badge, but ICE has no police authority.

Thankfully, the community intervened and the parents were able to quickly come to the location with the teen's passport. The parents called 911, and so the police arrested Rodriguez and searched his home. He is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, child endangerment, and assault by a public officer. The family has retained an attorney.

This is just another example of the kinds of thugs that DHS is employing, and proof of why every interaction with ICE needs to be recorded and witnessed by as many bystanders as possible.
