It was the second time today they made him show his "papers" so obviously Aceituno was terrified and didn't understand what was going on.

Think about it: a citizen who was doing nothing wrong was stopped twice, had his pickup truck window broken out, was dragged from his vehicle, thrown to the ground, and then man-handled by heavily-armed men in masks. This is happening in America! We have to record everything that these thugs do!
