Willy Aceituno is a Honduran-born US citizen, and federal agents smashed the window out of his pickup truck (covering him in glass), they took his keys from him, and has tried arresting him twice this morning. The first time they inspected his immigration papers after breaking out his window, and then they stopped him again to check his papers when he came out of a restaurant. He says the agents are in a Suburban and keep circling around. They are not stopping any Blacks or White people - they are using the racial profiling powers that SCOTUS recently gave them (coined "Kavanaugh Stops") which violates their 4th Amendment rights.
