You might remember the viral video showing an ICE agent breaking out the truck window. ICE has broken 50 windows this year, compared to just 8 in the past decade. The judge wrote that letting the indictment stand “would grant immigration enforcement officers carte blanche to evade the requirements of the Fourth Amendment."
