	<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;"><strong>Federal Judge Sara Ellis</strong> issued a sweeping <strong>injunction </strong>from the bench today and will issue a formal written one soon. She said the <strong>CBP chief Gregory Bovino</strong> repeatedly <strong>lied</strong>, and she found the government's evidence to </span><i><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">"be simply not credible."</span></i><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;"> She also ordered the public release of evidence such as the deposition of <strong>Bovino </strong>and other videos that were shown to the court.
