DHS is increasing their arrest power to include non-federal property, are increasing fines and penalties, and creating new laws to shut down the protests.

“Enhanced Charging Authority” gives them power to go after people who commit crimes near federal property as well as on it. There is a new $500 fine for “obstructing the usual use, enjoyment or access to federal property.” And a new $200 fine for “wearing a mask, hood, disguise or device that conceals the identity of the wearer when attempting to avoid detection or identification while violating any federal, state or local law, ordinance or regulation.”

Our First Amendment is what allows us to protect all of our other rights, and we are quickly losing all of our rights!
