They say, "One study found that courts have expressed distrust of government information and representations in over forty cases since January 20, 2025." That was very rare until Trump came along! The videos and evidence don't match up with the claims that DHS has repeatedly made in court. I think Judge Ellis will unseal it, and hopefully it will be fully unredacted. Unfortunately, the best parts of this motion to unseal are redacted, but it is still worth reading:
