	<title><![CDATA[Supreme Court: Weimar Redux]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">This comparison of <strong>SCOTUS </strong>to the <strong>Reichsgericht </strong>is accurate. Our <strong>judicial crisis</strong> has led to an <strong>autocratic Potemkin Democracy</strong>, and I'm not sure how we're going to fix it.
