We need to do this in all of the towns around America where ICE has a presence.

If you see ICE, give the whistle three short bursts.
If ICE is being aggressive or attempting to detain someone, give the whistle three long bursts.
Repeat until a crowd shows up.
Record everything that ICE does for evidence, but don't get too close or interfere.
