This means everyone must allow them to use facial recognition and fingerprints. Even if you're a citizen, the data is retained for 15 years. If their app says you're not a citizen, they won't even look at any supporting documentation you may have (like birth certificate or identification). This violates the 4th Amendment, but we have a fascist authoritarian government now and are living in a surveillance dystopia.
