	<title><![CDATA[Texas Same-Sex Marriages]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;"><strong>Texas Supreme Court </strong>has revised the </span><i><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Texas Code of Judicial Conduct</span></i><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;"> to clarify that judges who refuse to perform a wedding ceremony "on a sincerely held religious belief" do not violate the state's rules on judicial impartiality. Judges who decline to perform gay weddings won't face any sanctions.
