The military strikes against alleged drug boats in Latin America are extrajudicial murders under both US and international law. Trump is rejecting a declaration of war saying, "We're just going to kill the people bringing drugs into our country." "We're going to kill them. So they're going to be, like, dead." 

I want to see Trump and everyone else involved arrested and extradited to The Hague for those crimes. The former president of the Philippines is on trial right now for the exact same thing. Duterte carried out a "war on drugs" and killed thousands of innocent Filipinos. He was arrested and is charged with crimes against humanity.

The US doesn't participate in the International Criminal Court, but if anyone with an arrest warrant from ICC travels to a country that is a signatory to the Rome Statute, then they can be arrested and extradited. In the case of George "Dubya" Bush, he was tried and convicted in absentia for his war crimes.

There's already an arrest warrant for Netanyahu, and there needs to be one for Trump! Trump is confessing to murders.
